Schlow Centre Region Library provides families with:

& Free programs and materials for
children from birth to age twelve.

& A child-friendly area where children can engage in various activities that promote growth.

& Parent resources including books,   
videos, magazines and information about local agencies.

& Storytimes for individual age groups; Baby and Me Lapsit, Nursery Rhyme Toddler Time, 3’s & 4’s Stories Galore, & Together Time-Stories for Families.

& Free activities for school-age children and parents on No School Days.

Parent-Child Workshop

Five-week series for parents and children ages 1, 2, & 3 years old.  A 75-minute program each week offers opportunities for children to play with develop-mentally appropriate toys in a play group atmosphere and for parents to meet and question community professionals in the areas of child development, speech and language, nutrition, play, movement and music.  For more information , please call Anita Ditz at 235-7817
