To get a library card you will need:

1) Completed Application Form

2) Photo ID

All residents of Pennsylvania, including temporary residents, are eligible to receive a library card.  In order to be issued a card, you must apply in person, fill out an application form, and present some type of photo identification. The ID does not, however, have to be a Pennsylvania ID. Library card applications can be obtained through the link on the left or at the front desk of the library.  Children under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian present in order to obtain a library card and the parent/guardian must present ID. Children aged 12 and over who do not have their own ID may also obtain a library card if a parent/guardian is with them and that person presents ID. In all cases, the person applying for the library card must be present at the time it is issued.
