Our October evening book is this award-winning novel by Mark Haddon, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time. Follow 15 year old Christopher as he investigates the titular incident, for which he is blamed. While the mystery is, in itself, a compelling story, the fact that Christopher is autistic with a penchant for Sherlock Holmes and a supreme distaste for the color yellow adds to the development of his story and provides for a gripping autumnal read.
