Reading by Novelist Carolyn Turgeon

Novelist Carolyn Turgeon will read from her own work, discuss her upcoming workshop for writers, and discuss low-residency MFA programs. Turgeon is the author of three novels based on classic fairy tales. Her next book, The Fairest of them All, is scheduled for publication in 2013 by Simon & Schuster. She is a graduate of Penn State and earned a master's degree in literature from UCLA. In addition to writing, she teaches for the low-residency MFA program at the University of Alaska at Anchorage.
