Help with Federal, Pennsylvania State, Tax and Rent Rebates and Local taxes every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 PM - 4 PM in the Sun Room at Schlow Library. from February 9 through April 15. Call Centre County RSVP at 814-355-6816 for more information or to make an appointment. For taxpayers with low- and middle-income, with special attention to those age 60 and older.Please bring the following with you:

-current year's tax forms

-copy of last year's tax return(s)

-W-2 forms

-unemployment compensation statements

-SSA-1099 form if you received Social Security

-all 1099 forms

-all forms indicating federal income tax paid

-dependent care provider information (name, employer, ID, SSN)

-all receipts or canceled checks if itemizing deductions

-Social Security cards or other official documentation for yourself and all dependents.
