How do I Register for Library by Mail?

This FREE
service can be used by any
resident of Centre, Clearfield,
Juniata, and Mifflin counties who is permanently or temporarily
unable to leave his or her home.

It's easy to use this service:
Complete all information on the form. (see attached) Return it by mail to: Schlow Library, 211 S. Allen St, State College, PA 16801 ATTN: Andrea Winters

Indicate whether you wish to receive regular or LARGE PRINT books and/or books on tape or CD.

When you receive your
materials in the mail, you will find a new request form in each shipment.

Use the mailing label on your canvas bag (it can be turned over and used as a postage-paid return label).
