Spring into April Wellness at Schlow

Did you make a New Year's resolution to get fit, lose weight, reduce stress or be healthier? Now is the time to revisit those plans with the help of experts in a wide variety of areas. Choose one or all of them. Classes will be from 1-2:30 PM on Saturdays continuing in April in the Musser Room at Schlow. Many thanks to BeWell Associates for organizing this great program.
