Spring Wellness Series: Healing Sound of Crystal Bowls

Saturday, April 13th -- Pure Resonance, Healing Sound of Crystal Bowls with Dee Thompson, Crystal Bowl Conductor

Singing bowls have been used for centuries as a tool for shifting into meditative states. The tones produced by crystal bowls are used for relaxation, balancing and meditation. Join us to learn abut crystal bowls and experience a demonstration of pure, resonating sound.

Schlow Centre Region Library in partnership with BeWell Associates and the Central Pa Holistic Wellness Group are excited to present the Spring 2013 Holistic Wellness Series.

All programs are held at Schlow Library in the Downsbbrough Community room from 1pm to 2pm.
