Free Developmental Screenings for Children Birth to Age Five
On the first Friday of each month, parents will have the opportunity to gain insights into their child's development. Screenings will be provided free of charge by local early childhood agencies. No registration necessary. Evaluations will be held 9 a.m.-noon in the Children's Activity Room.

Skills will be evaluated in 5 major areas:

Motor (crawling, rolling, walking, eye-hand coordination)
Social (attention span, interactions, play)
Cognitive (thinking, reasoning)
Language (speech, understanding, pronunciation of words)
Adaptive (Eating, dressing, toileting)
