Regular library users may have noticed a couple weeks ago that they were greeted by a "crew" in the vestibule either clicking or asking you to fill out a survey. This is one way that we here at Schlow Library keep on top of the needs of the community as well as gathering usage statistics for future planning.
First of all, THANK YOU again for your patience, feedback, and continued support of all we do here at Schlow. If we seemed a little zealous or enthusiastic about getting you to fill out a survey, it's because each of us knows how important it is for us to give you what you want, not what we may think you want! This is one of the best ways for us to hear you out and implement suggestions made during this time.
We only do it every 2 years, so you can safely come into the library without us thrusting a paper into your hands. As I write this blog, employees of the library are looking at the results from your comments and doing what we can to implement the requested changes. Of course, we cannot always change everything, but we'll do our best to do what we can!read more
