unable to leave his or her home.

It's easy to use this service:

Indicate whether you wish to receive regular or LARGE PRINT books and/or books on tape or CD.

When you receive your
materials in the mail, you will find a new request [2] form in each shipment.

Use the mailing label on your canvas bag (it can be turned over and used as a postage-paid return label).
