During the second hour of the evening State College School District Middle School Librarians Dotty Delafield and Kathy Billett are lauching an informal book chatout to talk about anything book-related.  The newest books, the most popular books, or even the worst book you ever read!  This is not a book group--very laid back, come enjoy our new seating in the Teen  Area.  Bring your friends to the first teen chatout at Schlow!
