
Diane Maurer is a published author, artist, and teacher. She is represented in numerous museum collections around the globe, including the Cooper-Hewitt Museum, Harvard University Library, The Suleymaniye in Istanbul, and The Museum of Antiquities in Urumchi, China. Her one-of-a-kind work has also been commissioned by companies such as Godiva Chocolate, Lenox China, and HarperCollins. An accomplished paper artist, her careully constructed work conveys the depth, texture, and care of an expert. If you'd like to learn more about Ms. Maurer's techniques, the library boasts two books of hers in the collection: Collage, Assemblage, and Altered Art and Marbling.
