Paul Confer, a local realtor, was visiting Haiti on a mission trip when his world was shaken both literally and figuratively on January 12th. Within a matter of minutes, the world around him crumbled and buildings fell as the ground shook in one of the worst earthquakes in recorded history. His story, though, is one of hope, faith and solidarity. Everyone seemed to have a great time at the murder mystery kickoff event! I didn’t know we had so many aspiring detectives in State College. Some of you really grilled our suspects to find the identity of the murderer. The Daily Collegian covered the event and wrote a nice article about it.
