The library maintains many print and multimedia resources in its adult and young adult department. These include books, newspapers and magazines, audio visuals, videos, CDs, cassettes (both music and books-on-tape) and equipment such as VCRs, slide projectors, and cassette players. Films and videos are also available through the Pennsylvania Public Libraries Film Center. Requesting Interlibrary Loans of materials not owned by Schlow is a great way of taking advantage of the Central PA family of libraries.

Schlow Library holds many books and magazines that are useful in Job Searches. We also offer Reference Services and Database Searches that can be very useful in your job search. Reference and information assistance, in person, by phone or email, is provides during library hours. The reference collection includes telephone books, maps, business materials, and general information. Programs such as Internet Workshops can also be of help in improving your skills.
