7:00pm to 8:30pm

Join Ireland's journey to the modern day!

On July 21st, 1921, the Irish War of Independence ended, and although the Anglo-Irish Treaty would not be signed until December later that year, this date marked the end of almost 800 years of direct British authority over Ireland. Join us as we discuss the events that took place a century ago that led to Irish Independence and cover the importance of Ireland's break from Britain.
