Many companies and organizations talk about customer service, but few take the time to build a program of strategically planned customer service. This class focuses on the three primary stages of customer service:

  1. Assessment
  2. Solutions
  3. Measurement.

The class looks at all the stages of Customer Service and helps you build a solution that will work for your organization. It concludes with an inside look at how top quality customer service works within the fast-food company Chick-fil-A.
