Join Schlow Library in partnership with the Jana Marie Foundation for a lunch-and-learn discussion, Compassion Resilience for Parents and Caregivers. In each weekly session, we will explore the role of compassion in parenting, especially how to build compassion resilience in the face of the inevitable fatigue that comes from round-the-clock caregiving and caretaking.  

When: Thursdays beginning January 9 and running through February 27 @ 12:15-1:45 PM 

Where: The Sunroom, 2nd floor, Schlow Library
