Moving Meditation Workshop

Let's alleviate your stress while moving your body.

Moving Meditation is an excellent and easy way to settle the body and the mind before seated meditation.  It concludes with a wonderful method for invigorating and re-energizing the body after seated meditation.  It can be performed from a seated position which makes it useful for a large population of people with varying levels of mobility.

The workshop will proceed as follows​.

  • Warm Heart Supple Body moving meditation 
  • Guided seated meditation 
  • Closing Warm Heart Supple body Moving Meditation

Insun Park, the Director of Administration & licensed acupuncturist at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Philadelphia,  will introduce this new method of meditation and help you relieve your stress.
