Meet Saadia Faruqi, author of the acclaimed Yasmin series, as well as middle grade novels including Yusuf Azeem is Not a Hero, the Mayra Khan series, Saving Sunshine, and her newest book, The Partition Project, to name a few. Saadia will share her author journey and why she started writing for children. She'll also showcase her new books and share writing tips. A selection of Saadia's books will be available for purchase courtesy of Webster's Bookstore Cafe and book signing will be available after the program.
