Schlow Library and the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts are pleased to present the awards reception for Images 2024, a juried exhibition. Images is an exhibition of drawings, paintings, mixed media, photography, hand-pulled prints, watercolors, fiber, and paper, all by Pennsylvania artists, including artists from the Centre Region.

The show’s juror, Danny Volk, Assistant Curator of the Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg, PA will be the juror for this year’s exhibition. Danny will award a total of at least $1,800 in cash prizes as follows: one Best of Show Award ($500), Best Painting ($200), Best Pastel ($200), Best Photograph ($200), and 4 merit awards ($150 each).  There is also an award for Best Student Submission ($100).  Winners will be announced at this Awards Reception during the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts on July 11, 2024 sponsored by CBICC.
