The Nittany Valley Writers’ Network is a sharing, supportive, inspiring community linking local writers of all genres and levels of experience: expert and novice. . .published and hopeful. All writers are welcome!

NVWN also serves as a connecting point for local critique groups.

• March Agenda: Local author, doctor and school board member Carline Crevecoeur
• April Agenda: Penn State Laureate (and professor and poet) Shara McCallum
• May Agenda: Open Read -- members and guests are invited to share short pieces they have written. Bring a sample of your work to share, any genre, less than 5-6 minutes long.
• June Agenda: Hublersburg native and Bellefonte graduate, poet and novelist Thaddeus Rutkowski, English professor at Marcus Garvey College in Brooklyn.
