Charleen Casbourne has studied acrylic painting for over 40 years and has exhibited at numerous locations throughout the county and state.

Her work varies in size, creating a narrative through color and scale. This exhibition features an array of abstract pieces with a vibrant palette, strong forms, and dynamic lines. Casbourne's subject matter is usually taken from landscapes and other organic features like flowers or plants. For example, The Nest is an abstract representation of an animal's home. Some viewers of the painting see a bird nest, others a snake coiling. Other viewers see abstract lines and form creating an organic field.
