Local yoga instructor, Laxmi Lauzon, shares her expertise with the community. Stop by on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at 5:00pm to unwind after a long week at work.
This is yoga for everyone; all skill levels are welcome. Please plan to bring a yoga mat and whatever accessories you need for comfort (towel, blocks, etc.).
Registration for individual programs is requested, but not required.

Each author will read briefly from their work and be available for signings after the event. Join the celebration, and be among the first to snag a copy of our locals' new releases.

Come to Schlow on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays (schedule permitting: any date changes will be noted on each event) to join people of all ages in these classic games of strategy and patience. This event is in partnership with Happy Valley Go Club, an official chapter of the AGA (American Go Association).
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
All skill levels are welcome!
Meetings will be held in the Downsbrough Community Room, unless otherwise noted.
