For August's meeting, we'll be reading Framed: Astonishing True Stories of Wrongful Convictions by John Grisham and Jim McCloskey.

Learn how to master the daily grind and become shatterproof in a tumultuous world with key insights by Dr. Tasha Eurich as she talks about her newest book, Shatterproof: How to Thrive in a World of Constant Chaos (And why resilience alone isn’t enough). 

Local yoga instructor, Laxmi Lauzon, shares her expertise with the community. Stop by on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of June and August at 6:00pm to unwind after a long week at work.  

This is a drop-in yoga series for everyone; all skill levels are welcome. Please plan to bring a yoga mat and whatever accessories you need for comfort (towel, blocks, etc.).

Registration for individual programs is requested, but not required.

The LION Mobile Clinic uses a student-led free clinic model to increase access to health care and proactive health choices for under-resourced communities of Pennsylvania.
