Notary services are unavailable December 22, 2025 - January 1, 2026

• Notary services available by appointment only. Contact Brady Clemens at notary@schlowlibrary.org or 814.237.6236 *205 to schedule an appointment or with any questions.

• Notarizing costs $15 per notarial act. Credit card payments will be assessed an additional $1.00 fee. (All fees go towards the purchase of eBooks and eAudiobooks.)

• Current government-issued photo ID must be provided.

• For documents that require the signature of one or more witnesses, please plan to bring your own witnesses. Witnesses must also provide a government-issued photo ID. 

• No Library staff are licensed to practice law, nor are they allowed to draft legal records or give advice on legal matters, including immigration.

 

*Schlow Library reserves the right to refuse to perform any notarial act for any reason allowable under the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA).
